1. The LOVT online store, operating at www.thisislovt.com, is run by LOVT Aleksandra Jakuć with the registered office in Barszczówka 40A, 18-106 Turośń Kościelna, NIP (taxpayer identification number): 9662063470, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 385335104.
2. Orders are accepted via Internet. In order to purchase an order you need an order form. Placing an order means accepting the store regulations at the same time. After placing an order, a message will be sent to confirm that the order reached the shop. The message also includes a sum-up of the purchase.
3. The order is processed when the shop receives an e-mail confirming the order.
4. The order fulfillment time is approx. 14 business days, unless specified differently in the product description.
5. After completing the order, the goods are sent to the Buyer. The store undertakes to deliver the product without defects.
6. The date of order obtainment consists of: the order fulfillment time + the declared time of delivery (approx. 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address).
7. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods included in the order, the Buyer is immediately informed about it. The buyer decides whether the order is to be partially or completely canceled.
8. A limited number of goods is intended for promotional sales and sales. Orders are processed in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until the stocks covered by this form of sale are finished.
9. All prices are given in Euro and include 23% VAT tax. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the Buyer. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's website or make changes to them. The change in the price of the goods will not apply to orders placed before the price change.

11. The ordered goods are shipped in Poland and abroad via a courier company.
12. When the Buyer confirms the order, an agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER is concluded. The subject of the contract is the goods mentioned in the order. The rights and obligations of the parties resulting from the concluded contract are regulated in the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended) and in the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended).
13. Please be advised that the personal data provided in the order form in the online store at www.thisislovt.com, are collected and processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). The collected personal data is used only for the purpose of fulfilling the orders placed and informing about promotions and will under no circumstances be shared with third parties. Each customer of our store has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data from our database.
14. Return of goods. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the customer may resign from the goods purchased in our store without giving a reason and without incurring costs, within 14 days. from the date of receipt of the parcel. It is possible only when the goods show no signs of use, are complete and have not been damaged in any way. The shop, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's statement on withdrawal from the contract, will return to the Buyer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivery of the product (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the shop). Returned goods should be sent to the following address: LOVT Aleksandra Jakuć, Barszczówka 40 A, 18-106 Turośń Kościelna, Poland. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. The Store refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has agreed to a different method of return. The Store may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the Buyer until the product is returned or the Buyer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
15. Complaints. If, after receiving the goods, the Customer finds physical defects in it, he should send it by post to the following address: LOVT Aleksandra Jakuć, Barszczówka 40 A, 18-106 Turośń Kościelna, Poland. The store does not accept any parcels sent COD. The costs related to returning the advertised goods shall be returned by the shop immediately upon receipt of the package and consideration of the complaint. The returned goods should be accompanied by a description of the reason for the complaint. All complaints are dealt with within 10 working days from the date of their receipt. The damaged goods will be replaced with a new one, and if it is no longer possible (e.g. due to end of stock), the shop will return the buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or will offer the buyer a choice of other goods available in the shop.
